YOUR DESIGN, YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy, in plain words.
What this website saves, why it is saved, and how to ask about your information.
What is saved
When you choose to save a design, the website stores the selected product concept, device model, base color, text, quantity, a generated preview, and the uploaded artwork after it has been converted to an optimized PNG.
Submitting a request or a simulated order also stores the email address you provide and the submission reference. The contact form stores your topic, message, email, optional name and reference, and submission time. Please do not include payment details, health records, identity documents, or other sensitive material.
The application uses an IP-derived hash for rate limiting. Cloudflare also receives the network information needed to deliver and protect the website.
How it is used
The PEIXING project team uses saved designs and messages to review design requests, understand the intended model and configuration, follow up on questions, and investigate problems. Your information is not published in a public gallery.
The current site does not collect card details, run advertising or analytics trackers, or send automatic confirmation emails. Submitting a design does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Who can access it
Design and submission records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Artwork and previews are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. The website and its API run on Cloudflare Pages and Functions.
The submitting browser can read its saved work while its visitor cookie remains valid. Administrators can review records through the password-protected dashboard. Artwork URLs require the submitting visitor session or an administrator session; knowing a file URL alone does not grant access.
Internal processing notes are available to administrators and are not included in the visitor's saved-work list.
Browser cookies
A signed visitor cookie links saved work and submissions to your browser for up to 30 days. An administrator cookie lasts up to 8 hours after login. Both are marked HttpOnly and Secure.
Clearing cookies, changing browsers, or using a different device can remove your access to previous saved work. It does not delete the stored records. No advertising cookies are used by this application.
Retention
Saved records currently remain in the project database until they are manually removed. There is no automatic deletion schedule. Archiving a submission changes its processing status; it does not erase its records or images.
Only upload artwork you are comfortable sharing with the team. The optimized image stored by this site is for review and may not preserve the resolution or editability of your original file.
Ask about your information
Use the contact form's Privacy or data request topic to ask about access, correction, or removal of your information. Include your submission reference and the email used, if available. The team may need to confirm that the information belongs to you before making changes.
Sending this form saves a message in the team's inbox. It does not automatically change or delete records, and no automatic confirmation email is sent.
