Do I need to own a WHOOP Pod?

For PodPatch and Arm Sleeve, yes: PEIXING sells compatible carriers and accessories, while your official Pod and device stay yours. Ordinary BandLab pieces are bands only.

Can I use a 4.0 piece with 5.0?

No. 4.0 and 5.0/MG have separate accessory geometry, so the customizer keeps them in separate tracks.

Can I use my MG for ECG features?

Only with a verified conductive connection. The customizer flags this before you choose a non-conductive textile option.

How does a custom order work?

In a real launch, upload your artwork, review the 2D concept, then receive a human production proof before anything is made. In this test, saved artwork, design previews and simulated orders are stored for the PEIXING team. Reopen My designs in the same browser to see your submissions.
